LIMITED WARRANTY
Our limited warranty assures the original purchaser of the listed products that they will be free from defects in workmanship and materials during their applicable Warranty Period, subject to certain conditions. To initiate a warranty claim, you must fulfill the following requirements: (a) the product must be purchased from MYEZBALLS.COM or an authorized MYEZBALLS dealer; (b) you must provide proof of purchase with the date indicated; (c) if requested, you must return the product to MYEZBALLS; and (d) the product must have been used as intended and in accordance with the provided instructions.
In the event of a defect occurring under these conditions and within the Warranty Period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product or its parts. Please note that normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Limited edition or discontinued products may not be eligible for direct replacement, but we will offer an equivalent model based on availability. It is possible that changes to products and designs may have been made between your purchase and the submission of a warranty claim. Repaired or replaced products under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. The warranty is applicable only in the United States. No MYEZBALLS reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this warranty. This warranty does not apply if you purchased your product from any source other than our website or an authorized retailer.
WATERPROOF DISCLAIMER
Our trimmers are designed to be used in the shower if desired. They have been tested and comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) Standard 60529 rating of IPX7, which means they can withstand being submerged in fresh water up to one meter deep for a maximum of 30 minutes. Additionally, our trimmers meet the IEC's IPX4 rating, providing protection against water splashes from any direction. While our trimmers have undergone extensive testing, it is important to note that there is a limit to the water depth they can handle before potential damage may occur.
To safely use your trimmer in the shower, please follow these guidelines:
1. Always ensure that your trimmer is disconnected from any charging devices.
2. Use the trimmer as you normally would, allowing the shower water to rinse away trimmed hair from both yourself and the trimmer. It is recommended to use a gentle shower spray, as powerful jets of water for an extended period could potentially harm the trimmer.
3. After grooming, dry your trimmer thoroughly with a soft cloth and let it air dry completely before connecting it to any charging device.
