Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging sealed. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without prior request for a return will not be accepted.
The shipping cost is not refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to our warehouse.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund as well.
